After submission you will receive a one time pin via sms which you are required to reset to a new pin.

Access Platform
Dial *346# to deposit funds directly from your M-pesa account to BAT Sacco Savings Accounts, apply and repay Loans end to end.
Step 04
Account Security
Use a strong pin and keep it confidential. Reach out to 0740 200 705 incase an issues.
How to request loan (Mobi Loan)
- ✓ Dial *346#
- ✓ Key in your secret pin
- ✓ Choose option 2 (Loans)
- ✓ Request Loan option 1
- ✓ Proceed with MOBI Loan option 1
- ✓ Select transactional account
- ✓ Enter Amount (Kes 500 to 100,000) then confirm
How to repay loan (Mobi Loan and other loans)
- ✓ Dial *346#
- ✓ Key in your secret pin
- ✓ Choose option 2 (Loans)
- ✓ Repay Loans option 3
- ✓ The system will populate all your existing loans
- ✓ Select specific loan you want to pay
- ✓ Select M-pesa
- ✓ Enter Amount
- ✓ Wait for M-pesa prompt, enter M-pesa PIN then finalize
How to Deposit money to your Savings Accounts;
- ✓ Dial *346#
- ✓ Key in your secret pin
- ✓ Choose option 1 (Deposit)
- ✓ Select Savings Account (Share capital, Deposits contribution, Jijenge Savings, Junior or Imara Savings) then proceed.
- ✓ Choose option 1 (M-pesa)
- ✓ Enter amount then confirm
- ✓ Wait for M-pesa prompt, enter M-pesa PIN then finalize.
- Balance enquiry;
- ✓ Dial *346#
- ✓ Key in your secret pin
- ✓ Choose option 3 (Balance enquiry)
- ✓ Choose option 1 to confirm
